Refund Policy

If MalMoa isn't right for you, we'll make it right. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Monthly Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so if you cancel before it ends there is nothing to refund.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (the first charge after your trial). Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

You can request a full refund of a Lifetime purchase within 14 days of buying it.

Go to Settings → Plan & billing and tap “Request a refund”. Our team reviews every request, usually within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card or PayPal) and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.

When a refund is approved, Pro access ends straight away. Each account can be refunded once.
